Maintenance:

Electrolysis cell should be cleaned and filters changed regularly depending on source of water and usage. Every 4-6 months is recommended.

Warranty:

The Under Sink system is protected by a 5 year pro-rated warranty on the cells and control panel (conditions apply). Filters and housings are not under warrant unless defective at time of purchase. Backwashing filters carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
